How It Works

1. Purchase your letter kit online.
2. Scan the QR code and key in your particulars
3. Write and decorate your letter using the materials provided.
4. Mail or drop off your completed letter to us (do not send it to your recipient).
5. We will safekeep your letter securely for 10 years.
6. Your letter will be delivered back to you / your nominated recipient at the end of the safekeeping period.

Important Notes & Terms

• Kits are non-refundable once purchased.
• Only letters submitted using the official kit will be accepted.
• Lost or damaged letters cannot be replaced.
• Participation confirms acceptance of our safekeeping and archival terms.

• Participants are responsible for providing accurate and updated contact details. Towards SG70 will not be liable for letters that are undeliverable due to outdated or incorrect information.
• In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, system failures, or storage incidents, Towards SG70 will take all reasonable steps to safeguard submissions, but does not guarantee absolute prevention of loss or damage.
• Personal data provided as part of your participation will be handled in accordance with our Data Protection & Privacy Policy and used only for programme administration, communication, and letter return arrangements.
