No. The contents of your letter remain private and confidential. Our team does not read, copy, or reproduce your letter, except where necessary for verification, logistics, or legal requirements.
No. Letters submitted to Towards SG70 are not shared or displayed publicly, and will never be disclosed to third parties without your explicit written consent.
Your letter will be kept in secure controlled storage for up to 10 years. Each submission is recorded and tracked as part of our archival process to ensure responsible safekeeping.
At the end of the safekeeping period, your letter will be returned based on the contact details provided during submission. Participants are responsible for keeping their mailing and contact information updated.
You may contact us to update your details at any time. If a letter becomes undeliverable due to outdated information, Towards SG70 will not be liable for unsuccessful delivery.
Yes. Personal data provided through your participation will be used only for programme administration, communication, verification, and letter-return arrangements, and handled in accordance with our Data Protection & Privacy Policy.
We take every reasonable measure to safeguard submissions. However, in rare and unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, system failures, or storage incidents, absolute prevention of loss or damage cannot be guaranteed.

If you are mailing your letter to us, please place your safekeeping letter inside a separate protective outer envelope before posting. Do not write our mailing address on the safekeeping letter itself - only on the outer envelope - to prevent damage or markings on your letter.
Yes. Schools are welcome to participate as part of character education, heritage, or intergenerational learning programmes. Each student must purchase an official Towards SG70 Letter Kit to submit a letter for safekeeping.
Yes. We provide bulk order arrangements for schools and youth organisations. Facilitation options or activity support may also be discussed based on cohort needs.
